Green Menu

First day to QR

This is your menu on the guest’s phone. The till stays yours.

  1. What this is

This is not a POS. Guests scan a QR code or open a link and read the menu in the phone browser. They choose a dish. Your till takes the bill. We take 0% of guest tickets.

  2. Create the account

Email and password. 15 days of Professional — no credit card. After 15 days the account moves to Free. The menu you already published stays live.

  3. Add items

A name and a price are enough to publish. Photos, short descriptions, allergens, and extra languages can wait. Edits stay as a working copy until you publish. Guests do not see drafts.

  4. Allergens

You confirm allergens. AI does not invent them and does not publish the menu. If a dish is still undeclared, the guest screen says to ask staff. That is safer than an empty promise.

  5. Publish

Publish sends the working copy to the guest menu. Old versions are kept. Publishing never turns the menu off. Guests always see the last published version.

  6. The QR code

In Locations, download a venue or table QR. Print it and put it on the table. The QR is the door. The product is the menu. Digits are not written into the QR.

  7. After 15 days

Free is 10 menu items and 1 language. The live guest menu stays. If this menu has more than 10 items, guests also see a notice that the venue is on Free. A new publish over those limits needs Essential (€25 / month) or Professional (€59 / month), VAT excluded. Yearly billing saves 20%. Paid plans charge through TBC, BOG, or Payze. If the Plan screen says sandbox, a card is not taken yet.

  8. Staff

Add a person and a PIN under Team. The PIN pad is English until unlock. After unlock, staff can use their own language — separate from the guest menu. Staff can mark a dish sold out. That is not a till.

  9. What this is not

Not a till, kitchen screen, or stock count. We do not put a star on a “popular” dish. You can export your data any time as JSON, CSV, or PDF — including on Free.

This phone

After unlock, this phone is your shift. It is not a till.

  1. Unlock

The PIN pad is English until unlock. Enter the tablet code and your PIN. After unlock, the screen is in your language.

  2. Find an item

Search by name or code. Open an item to see allergens. If they are undeclared, tell the guest to ask the kitchen.

  3. Sold out

Mark an item sold out. It stays on the guest menu so they can still find it, but they cannot order it. Put it back on sale when it returns.

  4. Calls

The Calls pane shows guest bells for this location only. That is not the bill. Lock the phone when you leave so calls stop reaching this handset.
